YOU AND NESTIRA LLC AGREE TO WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL OR TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT.
All disputes must be brought on an individual basis only.

(c) Arbitration Procedures

The arbitration will be conducted by a single neutral arbitrator. The arbitrator shall have the authority to award the same damages and relief as a court of law, including monetary damages, injunctive relief, and declaratory relief, but only on an individual basis.
